Finally we managed to get to the wine districts about 90 km NE of Cape Town. They produce very good wins, both red and white, but the rosé was not really to our taste, but the Champagne was on the limit. I bought about 250 bottles and they should be delivered to New Dawn on Tuesday. Thus I hope to have good wine for the Caribbean.  Franschhoek.  At Leopard"s Leap winery. We had a tour of Cape Town and Table Mountain. The town is actually very nice and the weather was very warm.  South Africa's four Nobel Price winners. At V&A Waterfront Marina. Cleaning windows. Table Mountain. It is 1085 m high. Self explanatory. Camp Beach. Saturday 16 February: We drove around the peninsula and the selection of photos are.  Potluck at the marina.  Nelson Mandala.  Having lunch at the Royal Cape Yacht Club.  Simon's Town.  At Boulders Beach where the Penguins are.  At an Ostrich farm.  Hout Bay.  Beautiful Constantia Glen wine yard. Excellent wine.
